Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining a constant view of the childcare operation,
scrutinizing finances, administering and formulating policy on behalf of the general membership,
hiring and liaison with the Executive Director and generally ensuring smooth operation and effective
and continued management of the organization.

 

Non-profit childcare centres are required to have a board of directors under the application
regulations of the Family Services Act., R.S.N.B. Their powers are contained in the corporations by
–laws.

We are always looking to have more members on our Board of Directors. We need parents from all age groups and classes to be represented. If you would like to join our team, please contact our Chairs or Anita Good, the Executive Director.
