Registration Requirements: Tuition paid in full at the start of each week $115.00/week including outings. You are financially responsible for the weeks chosen, even if your child does not attend.


 

#1 June 26th -30th ~ Red, White and the Unicorn
Celebrate everything Canada the beaver, the looney, the Maple leaf, hockey, special Canadianisms, eh? What do you think of when you think Canada– lots and lots of red and white. Our outing this week will be to one of the Provinces Parks, you could be off to Fundy, Shediac or Kouchibouguac
Around the world in 14 days………explore the world without leaving our neighborhood
             

             #2 July 3rd- 7th ~ Here, there and everywhere
We will be seeing different cultures, lands, customs and foods first hand by traveling across oceans and lands. This week will be full of multicultural crafts, activities and experiences from many different cultures. As well as preparing to turn our classroom into a far away land for others to visit next week.
 

               #3 July 10th – 14th ~ Are your passports ready?
You will have to go through customs to travel into this week. Each child will receive their very own passport that they will have to show as they travel to different countries. Come learn and experience what it is like in different parts of the world. Our outing this week will be to different daycares around to see their vision of different countries.
 

             #4 July 17th – 21st ~ Aloha, Olŕ, Guten tag, Bonjour, Hello
This week we will be looking at the different languages, both written and spoken. We will have a number of guest speakers to help us get a snap shot of different languages as our special activity this week.
      

            #5 July 24th – 28th ~ Time Warp
Go back in time to visit the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Be prepared to dress to the era and partake in the activities of the period. Be prepared to dig into your parents tickle trunks so you can dress up and party like they did in the good old days! Sock hops, root beer floats and all sorts of adventures…..

           #6 July 31st – August 4th ~ Be Incredible
This is a secret, undercover SPY WEEK. Shhhh, nobody is supposed to know. We will break the secret code, have a “Who done it?” party, dress as your favorite superhero and be very mysterious!
The outing this week is a mystery – see if you can figure it out!

          #7 August 7th – 11th ~ Watt causes that
A fun filled interactive week all about science – inventing, creating and experimenting, watt it’s all about - don’t blow up the Unicorn now! Our special activity this week will be special guest scientists who will come and complete different hair raising experiments with you. 'Watts Up' we have a van de graf machine as we will actually see the electricity. In the laser class we will explain and demonstrate the whole concept of lasers. We will also demonstrate how heat can affect states of matter. In this class we will have a sweet treat surprise to show that energy really tastes great!

         #8 August 14th – 18th ~ Enchanted Island
We will cruise to a tropical island where we will eat tropical fruit, relax by the pool, participate in hoola hoop and limbo contests. Be prepared for colour wars, crazy hair day, bubble blowing contests, relay races and our special activity this week will be our “Carnival Day”

         #9 August 21st – 25th ~ Sky’s the limit
Calling all Astronomers – look up way up and what do you see………………. Look to the stars, planets, big or little dipper, gravity, orbit and more. Madame Shawnda will need to know your sign so she can tell you your fortune…………

         #10 August 28th – Sept. 1st ~ TYRANOSAURUS ROCKS
What was the T-rex’s favorite number? Eight (ate)! Experience what it would be like to be a paleontologist, with fossil discovery, dinosaur excavations, turn back time and see what it would have been like to live among the dinosaurs. The outing this week will be a trek to the Parsborough Dinosaur Museum!
